We believe that music brings people together. To make that happen, we aim to provide a safe and respectful space for you to connect with people of different ages, cultures, and viewpoints. Our Community Guidelines have been created to help foster and protect this amazing community of music fans.
By using the Vertigo® Platform, you agree to these guidelines and our Terms of Use. Overstepping these boundaries may result in deleted content, disabled accounts, or other restrictions.
Share only your original work. Remember, you own the content you post in the Vertigo® application, so don’t post anything you didn't create or don't have permission to use. Share only photos and videos that you took, not what you copied from the Internet. Please review our Intellectual Property Policy for more information.
Keep your posts appropriate for a diverse audience. Teens make up a large part of our community, and we want our content to be appropriate for our younger users. We know that there are times when people might want to share nude images that are artistic or creative in nature, but for a variety of reasons, we don’t allow nudity on the Vertigo® Platform. This includes photos, videos, and some digitally-created content that show sexual intercourse, genitals, buttocks, or female nipples. We also do not allow graphic images of abuse, violence, or murder.
Encourage meaningful and genuine interactions. We hope everyone will engage on Vertigo® Platform in an authentic way. Help us stay spam-free by not artificially soliciting likes, followers, or shares; posting repetitive comments or content; or repeatedly contacting people for commercial purposes without their consent. Please don't ask other users to trade likes on contest entries. We will detect, investigate, and remove likes, follows, and comments from fake or inauthentic accounts to protect our community.
Follow the law. We have zero tolerance for illegal activity. The Vertigo® Platform is not a space to support or praise terrorism, organized crime, or hate groups. You are not allowed to offer sexual services, or buy or sell firearms and illegal or prescription drugs on our Platform. You are strictly forbidden from sharing sexual content involving minors or threatening to post intimate images of others.
Respect other members of the Vertigo® community. We remove any content that contains credible threats or hate speech; targets private individuals to degrade or shame them; or reveals personal information meant to blackmail or harass someone. You are not allowed to post content that discriminates against anyone based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, disabilities, or health conditions.
Maintain our supportive environment by not glorifying self-harm. The Vertigo® community cares for each other, and we strive to be a safe space where people facing difficult issues such as suicidal thoughts or self-harm come together to create awareness or find support. Content that encourages people to embrace self-harm is counter to this environment of support, and we’ll remove it or disable accounts if it’s reported to us.
Help us keep the community strong:
If you see something that you think may violate our guidelines, please notify us by using our in-app reporting option on the top right corner of any post or sending a message to [email protected]. We have a team that carefully reviews and removes content that doesn’t meet our guidelines.
You may encounter content that you don't like but doesn’t violate our guidelines. You can always unfollow the person who posted it. If you don't like a comment on one of your posts, you can always delete it.
We hope that most misunderstandings and disputes can be resolved directly between members of the community. If one of your photos or videos was posted by someone else, try commenting on the post and asking the person to take it down. If that doesn’t work, you can file a copyright or trademark report with us. Please don't target the person who posted it by posting screenshots and drawing attention to the situation because that may be classified as harassment.
Thanks for helping us keep the Vertigo® Platform a fun and safe space to share your life through music! If you have any questions about these guidelines, please contact us at [email protected].
