Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of the shipment date. The item must be in its original, unused condition.

INELIGIBLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns of the following:

  • Items damaged by normal wear or use
  • Clothing that has been laundered or altered in any way
  • Final sale items

RETURN PROCEDURE

Complete the return form included with your shipment and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Remember to size, color and style of your replacement item(s). Please mail your return to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

REFUNDS

Please allow up to two (2) weeks from the date we receive your return for processing of your refund. Once approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

EXCHANGES

Please allow up to four (4) weeks from the date we receive your return for processing of your exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

POSTAGE COSTS

Any original postage costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or damaged or we made an error fulfilling your order.

You are responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. In addition, customs, duties, taxes, and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.

If you are returning an item over $50, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not liable for lost packages without tracking. Please make note of the tracking number on the return label and keep it for your records.
